As
a Digital Paid Media Manager, you will plan, execute, analyze and optimize
acquisition and retargeting campaigns across Paid Search, Display, LinkedIn,
Twitter and Facebook. In this role, you will be required to own and scale the
company’s paid media efforts, oversee the execution of campaigns from beginning
to end, develop objectives and analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis.
Your responsibilities will include:

Manage, scale and optimize acquisition, retargeting and
account-based marketing campaigns, from strategy to tactical implementation.

Maintain all ongoing media plans across Paid Search,
Display, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, including budgeting, execution and
reporting.

Drive continued optimization of thorough performance
analysis, ad copy testing, landing page testing, funnel optimization, etc.
·
Summarize, report and communicate online campaign
delivery and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements:
·
Minimum 3-5 years experience in search/social/paid media
for B2B digital marketing.
·
Expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords
and Twitter Ads.
·
Deep understanding of bid management, performance
marketing, end-to-end marketing and campaign optimization to meet acquisition
metrics and goals.
·
Strong listening, questioning, problem-solving and mad
analytical skills.
·
Self-driven, good communicator and a great team-player.
·
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
·
English proficiency.
·
Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent degree).
